The Philadelphia 76ers have assigned Nerlens Noel to the Delaware 87ers of the NBA Development League.
The assignment is part of Noel's ongoing rehabilitation program for his left knee.
Noel will be a restricted free agent this offseason.

The Reno Bighorns have acquired NBA veteran Kendall Marshall off waivers.
Marshall has accrued career averages of 5.0 points (.399 FG%, .216 3pt%, .611 FT%), 144 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 19.3 minutes per game in 160 NBA contests (57 starts) with the Phoenix Suns (2012-13), Los Angeles Lakers (2013-14), Milwaukee Bucks (2014-15) and the Philadelphia 76ers (2014-15).
He has totaled 17 assists on two separate occasions during his four year NBA campaign. During the 2013-14 season, Marshall played seven games with the Delaware 87ers where he averaged 19.4 points (.419 FG%, .463 3pt%, .792 FT%), 4.7 rebounds, 9.6 assists and 37.6 minutes per game.
Xavier Munford of the Greensboro Swarm today was named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played Monday, Nov. 21, through Sunday, Nov. 27.
Munford (6-3, 180, Rhode Island) helped Greensboro to a 2-1 week behind averages of 27.7 points (fourth in the league), 4.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.7 steals. On Nov. 21, he scored a season-high 34 points on 13-of-26 shooting to go with three rebounds and three assists in a 116-111 loss to the Delaware 87ers. On Nov. 25, he recorded 26 points on 9-of-14 shooting to go with seven rebounds, four assists and four steals in a 109-88 victory over the Erie BayHawks.
Munford is in his third NBA D-League season and first with Greensboro. He is averaging 22.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.6 steals. Last season, Munford was selected to play in the NBA D-League All-Star Game as a member of the Bakersfield Jam before signing with the Memphis Grizzlies on March 16. He appeared in 14 games with the Grizzlies, averaging 5.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists.
Other top performers considered included Canton’s Chris Evans, Iowa’s Wayne Selden Jr., Los Angeles’ Josh Magette, Texas’ Manny Harris and Windy City’s J.J. Avila.
Stephen Zimmerman has been assigned by the Orlando Magic to the Erie BayHawks of the NBA Development League.
Zimmerman (7’0”, 240, 9/9/96) has appeared in two games this season with the Magic, averaging 1.0 ppg. and 2.0 rpg. in 5.6 minpg. He was originally selected in the second round (41st overall) of the 2016 NBA Draft by Orlando.
Last season (2015-16), Zimmerman played in 26 games (24 starts) with UNLV as a freshman, averaging 10.5 ppg., a team-high 8.7 rpg. and a team-high 1.96 blkpg. in 26.2 minpg. He ranked second in the Mountain West Conference in blocked shots and third in rebounding.
Anthony Bennett and Chris McCullough have been assigned to the Long Island Nets, Brooklyn’s NBA Development League affiliate.
McCullough has appeared in three games while on assignment with Long Island this season, recording averages of 18.3 points and 5.7 rebounds in 27.9 minutes per game. In his latest effort for the LI Nets on November 23 against Canton, McCullough totaled 21 points, four rebounds, two assists and three steals in 34 minutes. In seven games with Brooklyn this season, McCullough has averaged 3.4 points and 1.9 rebounds in 6.0 minutes per contest.
Bennett’s assignment is his first with Long Island. In 10 games with Brooklyn this season, Bennett has averaged 5.3 points and 2.6 rebounds in 10.3 minutes per game.
The New Orleans Pelicans have recalled rookie forward Cheick Diallo from the Austin Spurs of the NBA Development League.
Diallo, 6-9, 220, has appeared in six games with Austin, averaging 14.3 points on .553 shooting from the floor, 6.7 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game. Diallo recorded two 20-point games, one double-double and three games with four blocks.
Diallo was originally selected by the L.A. Clippers with the 33rd overall pick out of the University of Kansas in the 2016 NBA Draft. Diallo has appeared in one regular season game for New Orleans, logging one rebound and one block in six minutes of action.
The Milwaukee Bucks have recalled guard Rashad Vaughn from the Westchester Knicks of the NBA Development League.
Assigned to Westchester on November 19, Vaughn appeared in two games for the Knicks and averaged 11.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 15.9 minutes per game.
Vaughn was the 17th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft out of UNLV.
Dakari Johnson of the Oklahoma City Blue today was named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played Thursday, Nov.11, through Sunday, Nov. 20.
Johnson (7-0, 255, Kentucky) led Oklahoma City to a 4-1 start, averaging 19.0 points on 59.6 percent shooting (34-of-57) to go with 8.0 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.8 blocks and 1.0 steals. On Nov. 17, he scored a career-high 26 points on 10-of-16 shooting to go with nine rebounds, four assists and two blocks in a 93-87 win over the Erie BayHawks. He posted two double-doubles with 20 points and 10 rebounds in a 118-95 victory over the Austin Spurs on Nov. 13 followed by 24 points and 10 rebounds in a 106-97 win over the Reno Bighorns on Nov. 19.
Johnson was originally selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the second round (48th overall) of the 2015 NBA Draft
Damian Jones has been assigned to the Santa Cruz Warriors.
Jones was the 30th overall pick by the Golden State Warriors in the 2016 NBA Draft.
Jones has been recovering from a torn right pectoral muscle.
Jones averaged 13.3 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 27.1 minutes over 99 games at Vanderbilt.
The Sacramento Kings have assigned rookie center Georgios Papagiannis to the Reno Bighorns of the NBA D-League.
Papagiannis has accrued averages of 10.3 points (.467 FG%, .750 FT%), 6.7 rebounds and 2.34 blocks in 29.2 minutes per game in three appearances for the Bighorns this season.
Papagiannis was the 13th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
