Yuta Watanabe and the Phoenix Suns have agreed to a deal.

Watanabe spent last season with the Brooklyn Nets where he played with Kevin Durant.

Watanabe shot 44.4 percent on three-pointers last season.

Chimezie Metu and the Phoenix Suns have agreed to a one-year deal. 

Meet had been with the Sacramento Kings since 2020.

Damion Lee and the Phoenix Suns have agreed to a two-year deal.

Lee left the Golden State Warriors for the Suns last offseason.

Drew Eubanks has agreed to a two-year deal with the Phoenix Suns.

Eubanks began his career with the San Antonio Spurs and spent the past season and a half with the Portland Trail Blazers. 

Josh Okogie has agreed to re-sign with the Phoenix Suns.

Keita Bates-Diop has agreed to a two-year, $5 million deal with the Phoenix Suns.

Bates-Diop will have a chance to earn their starting forward spot.

The Phoenix Suns are pulling the qualifying offer on Jock Landale.

Landale will become an unrestricted free agent.

The Suns will target centers on the veteran's minimum to backup Deandre Ayton.

Eric Gordon is expected to receive interest in free agency from the Los Angeles Lakers, Memphis Grizzlies, Minnesota Timberwolves, Phoenix Suns, Milwaukee Bucks and Portland Trail Blazers, sources tell Kelly Iko of The Athletic.

Gordon was due $21 million for the 23-24 season, but the Los Angeles Clippers waived him ahead of his guarantee date. The Clippers traded a first round pick for Gordon at the trade deadline. 

Kyrie Irving intends to meet with the Phoenix Suns at the start of free agency, sources tell Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report. Irving will also meet with the Dallas Mavericks and possibly other teams.

The Suns were interested in trading for Irving at the trade deadline before he was traded to the Mavericks.

The Mavericks have long been considered the favorites to sign Irving. Irving could sign with the Mavericks for up to $272 million over five years.

Dallas, meanwhile, has also been linked with a trade for Deandre Ayton of the Suns.

If the Suns were to acquire Irving via a sign-and-trade, they would be hard-capped at $172 million. 

The Phoenix Suns will fill out their roster with league minimum players around max players Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Bradley Beal and Deandre Ayton.

Yuta Watanabe and Mike James are two potential targets for the Suns.

Watanabe and Kevin Durant played together last season with the Brooklyn Nets. Durant is also a close friend of James, who played for AS Monaco last season.
